The growmap plugin really handled my comment spam. It’s severely reduced, but not zero.
I also have a problem with trackback spam.
I’m seriously considering disabling trackbacks completely. I have zero real trackbacks.
Do you have any suggestions for dealing with trackback spam?
Simple Trackback Validation seems good. I’ve also had a lot of trackback spam, and though I’ve only had it for a short period of time (and therefore can’t say anything conclusively) it seems to have eliminated the large majority of it.
